All standard orders are processed and shipped the next business day Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping time is based on business days, including expedited shipping.
The cut-off time for all expedited shipping services is 1 PM CST. Orders placed after 1 PM CST may be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your junk mail folder if you did not receive one.
Shoenami is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions. Delivery time for Standard and Expedited shipping are estimates only.
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) will incur an additional $3.00 shipping fee.

Please note that International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shoenami cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Shoenami is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
We provide tracking on all orders so you will be able to track your package from our facility to your delivery address.
Please make arrangements to be present at the time of delivery.
Shoenami will not be held responsible for orders that show "DELIVERED" by the shipper/courier.
Please note that a $10 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason, including "UNDELIVERABLE", "UNCLAIMED", or "REFUSED BY RECIPIENT".
