RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 
*RETURNS*
 
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
All returned items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, including shoebox.

 
*RETURN PROCESS*

1. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form which was included with your purchase.

2. Securely pack your items in the original packaging.
Make sure to include the RMA Form.
Make sure to include the original shoebox.
DO NOT tape up the shoebox for return shipping.
All packages must have outer wrapping or box.
Return packages that are not in compliance will incur a $5 restocking fee.

3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of return shipping is your responsibility).
Please be sure to use a trackable insured method of shipping.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Ship the item(s) off to the return address provided.

5. After receipt and inspection of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within one business day.
You will be notified by email.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A TRACKABLE METHOD TO MAIL YOUR RETURN.


*REJECTED ITEMS*

Items may be rejected for return/refund for the following reasons:
- Item is returned beyond the 30 day return window.
- Item shows signs of wear or damage.
- Item is not in original condition.

If buyer chooses to have rejected item shipped back to them, buyer is responsible for that shipping cost.

*WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEMS*

Although we have supernaturally good shoes, we're still human and make mistakes.
On very rare occasions we do make mistakes in shipping a wrong item.

For defective items, please start a damage claim by sending an email to Sales@ShoeNami.net
Please make sure to attach clear photos of the damaged/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.
All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

*EXCHANGES*

You may request an exchange for the same style item.
Please contact us at Sales@ShoeNami.net to inquire about availablity and to place an item on reserve for exchange.

*CANCELLATIONS*

We are happy to cancel any orders before they are shipped.  We ship items quickly, often the same day they are ordered. 
We cannot cancel the order once it has left our facility. 
You can certainly return the item if it has already left our facility before you submitted the cancellation.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 
Items returned to us as refused or rejected by the recipient will be refunded minus a $10 restocking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for certain circumstances such as item is not in stock and suspicion of fraud. 
If we cancel your order, we will notify you via e-mail.
